At the initiative of Governor Ivan Belozertsev, Penza and Penza Oblast famous performers take part in the creative campaign "Summer in the City": they perform concert programmes at various venues in the city.
The region's best creative teams' open air performances will be a great gift for Penza residents and guests after several months of self-isolation, during which performers and the audience, awfully missed the "live" creative communication.
On July 31 at 18:00, near the Philharmonia main entrance, the Russian ethnic music group Miryane (conducted by Yelena Pykova, Honoured Cultural Worker of Russia) is to perform a concert programme for citizens.
