Having viewed the facility and become familiar with innovation technologies to be implemented at the new factory, the Governor rated the project very high.

“It is the largest in Russia dairy-product factory that is being built in Serdobsk district. We thank our investors who develop agriculture in the territory of our region. The already know that if you have funds, you should invest them in Penza region. It is a trusted place with many facilities built; enterprises operate profitably here; there is a great managerial team – and our investors see the positive result”, emphasized Ivan Belozertsev.

He offered investors to consider a possibility of building a dried milk manufacturing facility in Penza region.

“This product is in demand in the Russian Federation. Why bring it from abroad? We have a confectionery cluster running in Penza region. Dried milk is required for production of ice cream and confectionery. We could provide this demand, ship products to neighboring regions and Moscow”, explained the Head of the region.

“If the investor makes a decision to create a dried milk factory, we are ready from our side to render comprehensive assistance in implementing such an investment project”, he added.

The new dairy factory will be located on the area of 67 ha. It will embrace 7 cow-houses, 4 calf-houses, a milking station, forage storages, automatic system of manure removal, power and water supply. All facilities will be tooled with modern equipment including two carousel milking halls for 80 heads each enabling to milk 1100 heads per hour.

Being the key financial partner of “Rusmolko” company, “Rosselkhozbank” was optimistic about the construction of the high-tech complex, where inter alia increased attention is paid to environmental protection”, she noted.
