In 2020, the Penza Oblast is successfully implementing measures for the development of engineering infrastructure in rural areas under the Integrated Rural Development Programme funded by the federal and regional budgets.
16.3 million rubles of federal budget funds were aimed at reconstruction of water supply system with a total length of 7 km in the village of Verkhny Lomov, Nizhnelomovskiy district, Penza Oblast, and the construction of local pipeline networks with a total length of 4.09 km in the village of Verkhnyaya Yelyuzan, Gorodishchensky district, Penza Oblast. All the works are fully completed.
Funded by the regional budget, under the Integrated Rural Development Programme, a water pipeline is being built on the territory of the Michurinsky Village Council in the village of Michurinsky and the Krivozerovka station, Penzensky district, Penza Oblast. The deadline for completion of the work is 2020-2021. In 2020, 7.8 million rubles from the regional budget have been allocated for construction. Moreover, the regional budget funded the construction of 2.5 km of water supply in the village of Norovka, Nizhnelomovsky district, Penza Oblast, with 3.9 million rubles allocated for this purpose.
