Winners of Regional Computer All-Around Championship among Pensioners Listed

The regional stage of the 10th all-Russian computer all-around championship among citizens over 65 years of age was held online.

Three competitions were designed for the older generation. The first stage was to make a presentation "Family Stories of the Great Victory", dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The second stage was working in a text editor and search engine. The final stage was surfing the website of the Pension Fund of Russia (remote request for services).

27 women and 5 men took part in the competition. The oldest contestant was Raisa Fyodorova, 73, native of the Tamalinsky district, a geography teacher with 53 years of experience, the head of the "Memory" school museum.

The winners of the Championship in 2020 were Aleksandr Raskhodchikov from Gorodishchensky district and Valentina Vorontsova from Narovchatsky district.

Silver and bronze awards were shared by Aleksandr Shirokov and Lyubov Ashmarina from Nikolsky district and Rafik Nagayev (Kamensky district) and Galina Kadomtseva (Pachelmsky district), respectively.

The winners will be recommended for participation as the Penza Oblast representatives at the final stage of the all-Russian competition, which will be held on July 9 in Moscow also online.

As usual, the event was organised by the Penza Oblast regional branch of the Union of Pensioners of Russia, the Penza Oblast Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Demography, the Penza Oblast Department of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications, the Penza Oblast Institute of Regional Development and the Penza Oblast Department of Pension Fund of Russia. This year, Rostelekom was the partner of the competition.
