Society 04.12.2017
The ceremony took place in Moscow on Friday, December 1, 2017.

The agreement provides for cooperation in organizational, legal, administrative, economic, financial and technical matters.

The cooperation is aimed at the introduction of regional scientific and technical developments, increasing the financing of industrial enterprises in the Penza region, supporting the export of high-tech products, the development of technologies, and the growth of import substitution within the framework of the region's integrated economic development.

According to the results of ten months of 2017, the volume of goods shipped by Penza enterprises was more than 164 billion rubles. The index of industrial production grew by 3.6%.

"It is necessary to develop and actively take foreign markets share," - Ivan Belozertsev noted. "But industrial enterprises need to participate in state support programs for a qualitative leap forward."

The Government of the Penza region closely interacts with the Russian Industrial Development Fund, founded in 2014 for the modernization of enterprises, the organization of new industries and the provision of import substitution.

The Fund offers preferential terms for co-financing projects aimed at developing new high-tech products, technical re-equipment and the creation of competitive productions. In 2017, the application for a loan under the "Development Projects" program was submitted by the "Penza Plant of Telema Gino".

By analogy with the Federal Fund in the region, the Industrial Development Fund of the Penza region works. In the regional budget for 2017, 100 million rubles were allocated to ensure its activities and provide loans to enterprises. To date, 10 organizations have applied for the loan to the Fund for a total amount of 123 million rubles.
