A teacher from kindergarten No 89 “Sunbeam” Oksana Cheredova became a winner of the regional competition “Best teacher of educational institutions”.
The final stage of the competition took place on April 26th at Penza Regional Library named after M.Y. Lermontov. 12 winners of the qualifying stage demonstrated the jury their presentations and workshops on various topics (“Intelligence cards as a tool to shape students’ key competences”, “Ebru art as a stress reliever”, “TIPS technique as a means to develop creative thinking”, etc.).
Opening the awarding ceremony, the Deputy Minister of Education Liliya Chashchina pointed out that the participants had obtained vast experience of professional communication, the range of which differs from the everyday one.
“You observed the expertise of each other, shared your techniques. You are the people of great profession giving children an opportunity to develop in various paths. I congratulate all of you and hope that this competition will be an incentive to self-development” – said the Deputy Minister.
The competition results are as follows: the first place, a certificate for 100 thousand rubles and the honour to represent the region at the All-Russian competition “Kindergarten teacher of Russia” were awarded to Oksana Cheredova, a teacher of kindergarten No 89 “Sunbeam” of Penza.
The second place and certificates for 50 thousand rubles were taken by Lyubov Ganina, a teacher from “Sunny” combined kindergarten of Bashmakovo industrial community, and Maria Osetrova, a teacher at the center of children development of kindergarten No 36 of Kuznetsk.
The third place and certificates for 30 thousand rubles were given to Olga Zakharova, a senior teacher of kindergarten No 16 from Zarechniy, and Irina Salnikova, a teacher of kindergarten No 2 “Sunny” from Narovchat village.
Other participants were also given prizes and certificates. The competition ended with an all-together photo for memories.
