A training centre for the most popular, new and promising professions and competencies at a level that meets the best international standards and practices, including WorldSkills standards, is planned to be opened in 2021.
All categories of citizens will be able to use its services. The Advanced Professional Training Centre will be created on the terms of co-financing from the federal and regional budgets.
The Governor noted that the work of this institution will be important for improving the human resources potential of the Penza Oblast.
