From 5th to 10th of November, 2018 Shanghai will host the first ‘China International Import Expo’ exhibition. The exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Shanghai and it is the result of the initiative of the republic’s president Xi Jinping.
The exhibition will help to contribute to the globalization of world economy, as well as to the development of trade and economic cooperation between various countries.
‘China International Import Expo’ has more than 30 countries-participants. The exhibition will demonstrate their investment and export potential.
The exhibition will have two major areas - the goods and the services. The first exhibition area will be subdivided into six zones that will include:
- intelligent and high-end equipment;
- consumer electronics and household appliances;
- clothing and accessories;
- automobiles;
- food and farm products;
- medical equipment.
The second exhibition area will include emerging technologies, service outsourcing, innovative design, culture, education, and tourism services.
