Penza region’s representatives of small and medium business took part in the 20th Chinese International Food Business Exhibition "SIAL CHINA" held in Shanghai (CDP) from the 14th to the 16th of May 2019.
Penza’s companies “Vanyushkiny sladosti” and “Nevskiy conditer” presented a broad range of confectionery on a joint stand of the Russian Federation organized by the Russian Export Center.
The participation of Penza’s companies in the expo had been partly sponsored by the Russian Export Center, in particular, covering the costs of promotion of high-tech, innovation and other products in foreign markets by taking part in congresses and exhibitions, as well as in special business missions.
“SIAL CHINA” is the largest exhibition in China in the sphere of groceries, non-alcohol drinks, wines, alcoholic beverages and specialized equipment and specialized equipment. The expo attracted over 4 000 companies from the whole world and over 110 000 visitors, the total area of exhibition was 162 000 square meters. The area exploited by the Russian exposition was around 1 000 square meters showcasing over 60 companies.
