Negotiations of Ivan Belozertsev and Vladimir Gutenev took place at the Government of Penza region on Monday, May 27th, 2019.
The parties discussed the conclusion of an agreement of collaboration and cooperation between Penza region, “Machine Builders Union of Russia” LLC., the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Association “League of Assistance to Defence Equipment Production Enterprises” to be signed in the course of Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum.
“You manage to maintain sustainable development in a region which does not, let’s say, wallow in natural and mineral wealth, - pointed the first deputy chairman of the Machine Builders Union of Russia. – Earlier this year, when we were considering 17 regions to conduct an international level event in 2020 – Youth Industrial Forum “Engineers of future” - our attention was attracted by Penza region. I am confident that our communication at the Saint-Petersburg Forum will be productive. The potential and capacity of our union must be actively exploited”.
“Industrial enterprises of Penza are doing quite good; not long ago I had a meeting with the President of Russia and informed him about it, - stated Ivan Belozertsev. – It would be great, if they could take active part in social projects as well. It is important to create a resource of work force so that young specialists won’t leave to the capital, but feel the care and opportunity in their homeland. This means additional expenses, but this is investment in future”.
“We are ready to host the Youth Industrial Forum that will open new opportunities for development”, summarized the Governor.
