Sergey Kapralov, the Minister of Economy of Penza region took part in the XVIII All-Russian Forum “Strategic planning in regions and cities of Russia” in Saint-Petersburg.
Held from the 28th to the 29th of October, the forum was devoted to effective methods issues of national project implementation, as well as questions of interaction of the state with civil, academic and business communities.
“One of the main topics at the forum – implementation of strategic priorities of the national development approved by the Decree of the President “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation till 2024”. The mechanism to achieve the goals is the national projects implemented on the project management basis, - pointed out Sergey Kapralov. – The regions of the Russian Federation have certain topical questions the discussion of which will improve the effectiveness of achieving the set goals”.
The plenary meeting on the first day of the forum was attended by Alexander Kudrin, the Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of Russia, and Maxim Oreshkin, the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The forum gathered representatives of the Federal Assembly, federal ministries and agencies, regional administrations and legislative assemblies, municipal units, business, academic and expert communities, public organizations, and foreign experts.
Reference. Being organized in Saint-Petersburg since 2002, the forum has become
a place of discussions of methods and mechanisms of strategic planning and
constructive debates over issues of the implementation of strategies and
complex projects of municipal and regional development of the Russian
Federation.
