According to the official information of the statistics service, during the 9 months of 2021, food production in the Penza Oblast increased compared to the same period in 2020.
Dairy production in the region increased by 6.2% compared to the same period last year. In addition, during the given period, the production of meat of slaughtered animals and poultry meat, as well as the production of flour and cereal goods also increased.
The production of bakery and flour confectionery products increased by 3.3%, sugar production - by 12.7%.
