The tender committee was headed by Andrey Burlakov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza region and Minister of Agriculture.

 10 business projects were submitted for competitive selection within the programme of encouraging the development of family livestock farms and agricultural cooperation.

 The applicants claimed grant support for family farms in the areas of meat and dairy cattle breeding, as well as poultry farming. As part of promoting agricultural cooperation, the tender committee considered projects associated with processing of milk, meat, potatoes, as well as a business project aimed at creating a fruit storage facility.

 Following the review and assessment of business projects, participants of the programme activities focused on supporting small farms will be identified.
