Damate Group is constructing poultry facilities in Vadinsky sub-district. At full capacity, the Vadinsky unit will produce 33.5 thousand tonnes of turkey meat per year and employ 180 people.

 To date, the construction of one breeding site and two fattening sites is in the final phase. All of them will be commissioned in August this year. The building of three more sites is planned for 2019.

 The facilities are constructed within Damate Group project to increase production capacity to 155000 tonnes per year. The total investment in the project will amount to 41 billion roubles.

 The Penza region assumed obligations to build off-site utility systems, i.e. off-site electricity and water supply networks. The facilities will be completed by the end of August 2018.

 “Damate Group is actively expanding its business in the Penza region. Its work is aimed not only at improving performance indicators of the region and strengthening its agricultural potential, but also at ensuring integrated development of rural areas, which is especially important in the current economic conditions,” Andrey Burlakov, Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region, commented.
