The agricultural company ‘Rassvet’ in Belinsky district of the Penza region became the grounds of the Demo Centre of the ‘BASF’ company specializing in crop protection.
 
The opening of the centre was witnessed by guests from Penza, Ulyanovsk, Tambov, Saratov regions and the Republic of Mordovia. The major focus was the modern solutions in plant protections and farming, increasing the crop yield and profitability in agriculture with the use of these agricultural methods.

The Demo Centre in the Penza region became the third in the Volga region for the company, thus proving the importance of regional agricultural sector. The exhibition plots were sown with soya, sunflower, corn and grain crops. The test site, according to the organizers, will contribute to the introduction of innovative technologies in modern farming.

The guests watched the sample plots and the results of agricultural trials of crop protection systems by BASF.
