Yuri Guskov, an engineer of the AgroTerra division of the Issynsky district of the Penza region, took part in the World Festival of Youth and Students, which was held in Sochi from October 14 to October 22, 2017. Representatives of agricultural machinery dealers also took part in the work of the World Festival.
Young specialists of the agricultural sector made proposals to the Declaration of Global Youth. Representatives of some agricultural companies worked together with specialists of Rosatom, Roskosmos, Rosneft, Norilsk Nickel, RusHydro and other leading companies of the country. October 21, 2017 the draft document was presented to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at the World Festival of Youth and Students.
The Declaration has five sections: a smart future, a sustainable future, a healthy future, a happy future, a successful future. In this framework, agrarians modeled the development of the agro-industrial complex until 2030 on the basis of current trends, challenges and opportunities. In the presentation of young specialists, agriculture will develop in an evolutionary way by developing the analytical, digital and communication competencies of farmers; introduction of modern technologies to reduce the burden on the environment and people; digitization of the working environment to improve the traceability and efficiency of processes.
As representatives of different industries noted, vectors are not unique to agriculture. Dozens of leading companies are following this path, but there are still only a few in the agricultural sector. The reason is the high cost of improvements. The main means of acceleration is the pooling of resources and knowledge in a single chain of production of the maximum number of market participants.
"In tandem with AgroTerra, we modeled the image of the future. Working
with partners not only in the fields, but also defining the development
strategy, we get a broader vision of the industry. We were convinced
that at all stages of the agricultural cycle of the industry people who
will become leaders of the agro-industrial complex of high technologies
are needed, " - says Elena Ivanova, head of the marketing department of
Agricultural Machinery (Claas technique).
