Presentation of investment opportunities in the region took place in the Confindustria of the city of Piacenza in the Italian Republic.
 
Opening the meeting, attended by the heads of Penza enterprises and organizations, member of the Executive Council of the Confindustria of Piacenza Maria Angela Specia, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Piacenza Alfredo Parietti, other representatives of the Italian side, Ivan Belozertsev stressed that creating favorable conditions for successful activity of investors in the region considers one of the main tasks.

"Several large projects with the involvement of foreign business have been implemented in the territory of the Penza region. Investors from Europe and Asia have been effectively developing production for 13 years. These are companies from countries such as Germany, France, England, Holland, Turkey, Singapore, India, China and, of course, Italy, " - the governor said.

"We have experience in implementing investment projects jointly with Italian partners. I would like to invite the business representing the Italian Republic at this meeting to a new economic cooperation, " - he suggested.

The head of the subject of the Russian Federation stressed that today the development of international business contacts and, in particular, at the interregional level, is facilitated by the stability of Russian conditions and comprehensive business assistance by the state, regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Penza region.

"In Russia and the Penza region, a low level of investment risks is maintained. In our region, infrastructure assistance to business is provided through a system of industrial and technology parks. We not only use the latest technologies, but we also create new ones, " - said the head of the regional executive power.
 
"In the Penza region, we provide tax incentives to investors who implement projects in our priority areas of the economy. Such as: agriculture and timber processing, machine building and metalworking, food and processing industries, construction materials, medical and glass industries, " - he concretized.

Also during the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza region Andrei Luzgin conducted a presentation of investment opportunities in the region.
