Alexey Dmitrienko, representative of the executive body of the state authority of Penza region in the Federal Council, member of the Committee of the Federal Council on Economic Policy, was officially thanked for his great contribution to the development of the Russian parliamentarianism and active law-making stand.
«This award is no just great honor, but also great responsibility. Each parliamentarian is devoted to create conditions to improve the quality of life of each citizen of our country. In my view, as for today, in the Russian Federation there has been created an efficient normative and legal basis that encourages economic and social development of our country, promotes solutions to the issues of citizens’ constitutional rights and freedoms protection, state building, interaction with local self-government bodies, civil society formation. This basis is a “living” one, legislative acts constantly get updated, improved. I’m proud to have an opportunity to take part in this work and to represent the regional interests at the federal level” – pointed out the senator.
