In 2016, the number of enterprises in the register of exporters increased from 147 to 185, and the subjects of small and medium-sized businesses - from 41 to 80.

Among them there are companies not only from Penza, but also from Zarechny, Kuznetsk, Nikolsky, Kamensky, Bessonovsky, Kolyshleisky, Penza districts.

"We increase the percentage of exports, but we need to look at its structure - perhaps, the growth occurs only at the expense of one enterprise. As a percentage of exports, there must be different companies, and the more of them, the better, " - Ivan Belozertsev said.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Oblast and the Export Support Center created on its basis assist in entering the foreign markets for Penza producers.

The center has conducted business missions to Italy, Germany, Serbia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, in which a total of 40 small and medium-sized enterprises took part.

In addition, within the framework of the Export Support Center, seminars and consultations are held on the subject of foreign economic activity and other measures to support entrepreneurs.

To unite the efforts of the region's enterprises in this direction, it is planned to create an association of exporting enterprises in the form of one of the Committees of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the region.

The head of the regional executive power supported the idea of ​​forming a public structure that would promote Penza products to the foreign market.

"We do not wait for instructions, we think about what issues you should pay attention first, plan training," - the governor said.

Ivan Belozertsev also instructed to place on relevant official portals information about all foreign investors who successfully work in the region.

"Thanks to this, other foreign companies will be able to see that there are good conditions for business development in the region, that enterprises have been operating here for many years and are making good profits," - the head of the federation subject explained.

"Today foreign companies are striving for joint projects, and we have good opportunities to attract them to the region and jointly produce a competitive product,"-  the governor drew attention.
