The Congress "Russian healthcare today: problems and solutions" began its work on October 30, 2017. The congress is held by the Union of the Medical Community "National Medical Chamber" in conjunction with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
The delegation of the Penza region participates at the work of the congress. Minister of Health of the Penza region Vladimir Stryuchkov led the delegation.
The strategic goal of this event is to consolidate the health of the population of the country. Profile conferences, forums, symposiums, lectures, round tables, exhibitions will be held within three days.
The main topics of the discussion are the organization of health care, continuous medical education, admission to the profession, the development of professional standards, clinical recommendations, certification of qualification categories, the system and principles of financing medical care. The main issues are devoted to personnel policy, drug provision, production of medical products, import substitution and export support of market participants.
Participants in the congress are Veronika Skvortsova, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, Leonid Roshal, President of the National Medical Chamber, Natalya Stadchenko, Chairperson of the Mandatory Medical Insurance Foundation, Dmitry Morozov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Health Protection, representatives of professional medical associations.
Minister of Health of the Penza region Vladimir Stryuchkov presented reports on the topic "Various Models of the Organization for Emergency and Urgent Care of the System of Emergency Medical Care" and "Best Experience in Establishing Inter-District Centers".
