Industrial and construction enterprises of the Penza region, representatives of science and business community of the region are invited to participate in the III International Seminar "Effective Technologies and Innovative Approaches in Planning and Building on the Experience of China", which will be held in Beijing fr om 11 to 16 February 2018.

This event will become a platform where all the latest trends are gathered and the experience of the largest construction companies is presented.
China has a thousand-year history of effective management of the construction industry. Experts from China's construction companies will demonstrate all the advantages of the following technologies:
· BIM (Building Information Modeling) - information modeling of structures is the most modern technology used in the process of collective synchronous creation of virtual models of buildings and structures needed throughout the design, construction and subsequent operation process.
· Building 3D-printer - fast and reliable way of erection of walls and engineering communications.
· Quarterly development - it is in China, wh ere population growth is rapid, quarterly development is needed. For Chinese developers it is important to take into account a lot of factors: reliability, quick commissioning, budget and even the location of buildings for feng shui.
