The issue was discussed at an operational meeting in the government of the Penza region on Monday, November 27, 2017.

"The budget of the Russian Federation has been approved. 1 billion 305 million rubles was laid for the completion of construction work on the Penza Circus. This is the amount necessary to completely finish this work, - Ivan Belozertsev noted. - The Government of the Penza region was engaged in this issue, the work was conducted great, we were supported by the President and the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation".

"When Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov visited Penza, he traveled to the site, inspected the unfinished building, and as a result, it was decided to allocate the necessary funds," - the head of the region added.

The governor instructed to conduct the auction for the full amount not later than the end of the 1st quarter of 2018.

"We need the Penza circus to be completed by a company with good potential  - he stressed. - We must not allow the work to be delayed again. We need to work together with «Rosgoscirque» and the Russian Ministry of Culture, supervising the process".
