Changes to the draft budget of the Penza region were discussed at an operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, November 27, 2017.
"The budget of the Russian Federation for 2018 has been approved. Penza region allocated 5 billion 380 million rubles for the budget balance, - Ivan Belozertsev said. - A bonus for effective financial management was also given to the region, such incentives were received only by 40 entities of the country".
The governor instructed the Ministry of Finance of the Penza region to prepare a list of proposals for what purposes these funds can be directed.
"I would like to draw your attention to the fact that no one social program should be reduced," - he stressed. - "We can increase financing, we can not cut it."
The ministries of the region were instructed to update the proposals for capital construction projects by December 5. In 2018, it is planned to start the construction of schools in the Shuist district, ECO-quarter of Penza, and at the village Chemodanovka.
Ivan Belozertsev instructed to put in the budget funds for the repair of cultural institutions in the municipalities of the Penza region, increase funding for the program of major repairs of rural schools.
"Additional funds have been received from the federal budget, design and estimate documentation has been prepared in most municipalities. We must repair more schools in the next year than in the past, " - the head of the region added.
In 2018, it is also planned to build a general practitioner's outpatient clinic in the villages Golitsyno and Verkhnaya Eluzan.
"Increase the planned number of new dispensaries to four, - the governor said. - It is necessary to build an outpatient clinic for the residents of the village every year. Projects should be inexpensive, but high-quality, we have the opportunity to provide this".
The Penza region will receive more than 5 billion rubles for the budget balance
