The delegation of the Penza region takes part in the VIII Congress of Russian non-profit organizations. The event, organized by the National Union of Non-Profit Organizations, was opened on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in Moscow.
Leaders of the largest all-Russian public structures, representatives of federal and regional public authorities, socially responsible business from more than 70 subjects of the Russian Federation take part in the work of the congress.
The congress delegates unanimously supported the course chosen by Russian President Vladimir Putin to continue democratic reforms in the country and pointed to the need for consolidation of civil society, its most active part - the non-profit sector, for solving the most important tasks of social and economic development.
The official delegation of the Penza region includes the head of the internal policy department of the Penza region Pavel Maslov, members of the regional Public Chamber, the leaders of regional organizations: the chairman of the Pensa regional public organization of veterans of the military actions "Rosichi" Vyacheslav Aksenov, the chairman of the regional branch of the Union of Women of Russia Svetlana Kudinova , the president of the Fund of social support of the population "Holy cause" Lyubov Shubenkina, the director of the autonomous non-profit supplementary education "Education Center "Intelligence Penza" Ekaterina Kuznetsova.
The business program of the congress includes plenary sessions devoted to the state policy in the development of the non-commercial sector of Russia, master classes and seminars on legislation, managerial competencies, the latest tool of the information society for NPOs, thematic panel discussions on the issues of the non-profit sector. In addition, the All-Russian Conference "GOSGRANT 2017" and the All-Russia Forum "Info-Society 2017: New Technologies for the Non-Profit Sector of Russia" will be held within the framework of the Congress.
"The main events of the All-Russian Forum are devoted to the improvement of the mechanism and forms of support for non-profit organizations by authorities and business. Also, specific proposals were made to improve the effectiveness of mechanisms for interaction between civil society and the state, the participation of non-profit organizations in public control, and the provision of social services to the population, " - Pavel Maslov said.
