The conference call was held by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.
The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade informed about the main events of this year. Among them - the signing by the representatives of the CIS countries of an agreement on cooperation in the field of counteracting the production and distribution of counterfeit products.
"Our forum" Anti-Counterfeit "became an official event of the Eurasian Economic Union. In 2018, it will again be held in Russia, " - the head of the federal department said.
"Our duty is to formulate an up-to-date agenda that will serve as an incentive for convergence of the positions of our partners in these issues. It is necessary to approach its formation with all responsibility , " - he said.
The introduction of a system for marking goods is aimed at counter action counterfeiting. According to the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the pilot project on the marking of fur products showed good results, and in the near future it is planned to extend the experience to other types of goods.
The relevant draft law has already been drafted and approved, it passed its first reading in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Also during the meeting, the issue of counteraction illegal trafficking in building materials was considered.
Denis Manturov noted the importance of this activity for the life and health of citizens.
"The use of unsafe materials in the construction sector is a delayed risk that leads to tragic events," he said.
After completing the discussion of the federal agenda, Ivan Belozertsev set tasks to counteraction the illegal turnover of industrial products in the Penza region.
"The problems voiced during the meeting of the state commission are typical for our region. Together we have moved the situation from a dead center, there is a system, but problems still remain, first of all, in the sphere of food products turnover and alcohol sales, "the governor said.
Since the beginning of the year, 6.5 thousand objects of trade, public catering and private households have been monitored on the territory of the region. More than 46 thousand 150 liters of alcohol and alcohol-containing products were confiscated from the illegal turnover, 185 criminal cases were instituted, administrative fines for more than 1 million 874 thousand rubles were imposed, of which more than 96% were recovered.
The head of the region instructed not to weaken the focus of attention on this issue and intensify activities to combat illicit trafficking in building materials, tobacco products, medicines and other goods.
Ivan Belozertsev also ordered a detailed analysis of the work in 2017.
"Summarizing information about companies that have been found to have infringed this year, that delivered low-quality products to other regions, including, to prepare a review of the state of work on the illegal turnover of industrial products with specific recommendations to municipalities for the work of commissions in the field," - the task of the governor.
