For Penza health care, the year 2017 has become special. In the current year, 270 young doctors and 287 medium-level medical workers entered the ranks of regional health workers. This is a record number of young professionals, it is almost twice as high as last year.

To date, at the initiative of Governor Ivan Belozertsev in the territory of the Penza region, unprecedented measures of social support for young professionals are taking place. Only this year, 62 doctors received 150,000 rubles for employment, for each subsequent three years, specialists receive a cash payment. Beginners who live in a rented apartment receive a monthly rent compensation.

The Penza region participates in the federal program "Zemsky Doctor". This year, 71 doctors who came to work in the village received a compensation payment of one million rubles. In total for the entire period of the program since 2012, the program has become more than 360 doctors.
