Currently, the project on the establishment of a Russian-Chinese agricultural park is being implemented in the Shemisheysky district, which is carried out by the company Wannyan LLC from this province.

The vice-governor thanked Ivan Belozertsev for the invitation to visit the Penza region and noted the prospects for cooperation.

She announced her intention to expand cooperation in the agrarian sphere.

Ivan Belozertsev, in his turn, invited the vice-governor of the Chinese province to participate in the International Forum InnoMed, which has been held in Penza for several years in a row, and proved itself to be effective and popular among scientists, practicing physicians and potential investors.

Xie Zhu invited Ivan Belozertsev to attend the International Exhibition on Investments and Environmental Development, which will be held in the province next year.
The parties reached an agreement on the implementation of a number of projects in the sphere of culture, education, and tourism.
"We visited museums and believed that the Penza region has a wonderful art," - the vice-governor shared.
She said that the province of Jiangxi is famous for its porcelain products, here was the first factory of Chinese porcelain.
"The products of our oldest Nikolsky glass and crystal factory are known in many countries, every year here we hold a festival for which masters of international level come," - the governor said.
A similar event is held every October in the Chinese province.
Ivan Belozertsev suggested organizing visits of masters to these symposiums for the exchange of experience and technologies.
In addition, 54 students will come from the province to Penza in 2018 to study at the Penza State University.
