Industrial and construction enterprises of the Penza region, representatives of science and business community are invited to participate in the III International Seminar "Effective Technologies and Innovative Approaches in Planning and Building on the Experience of China", which will be held in Beijing from 11 to 16 February 2018.
This event will be a unique platform, which gathers all the latest trends and presents the experience of the largest construction companies. In addition, it will be possible to visit construction sites and evaluate the efficiency of all the technologies presented at various stages of construction.
China has a thousand-year history of effective management of the construction industry. Experts from Chinese construction companies will demonstrate all the advantages of such technologies as:
· BIM (Building Information Modeling) - information modeling of structures is the most modern technology used in the process of collective synchronous creation of virtual models of buildings and structures needed throughout the design, construction and subsequent operation process.
· Building 3D-printer - fast and reliable way of erection of walls and engineering communications.
· Quarterly development - it is in China, where population growth is rapid, quarterly development is needed.
