Ivan Belozertsev discussed with Vladimir Lipping the possibility of placing an order for the production of certified telecommunication equipment at the enterprises of the Penza region, as well as prospects for cooperation in the field of education and internship of Penza students at the company's production sites.
"The industry of the Penza region is developing, we are interested in creating of new production sites for high-tech products, opening joint ventures, - the governor said. - There is the basis for this. Since Soviet times in the region there are factories for the production of electrical engineering, there is a human potential, young specialists are trained in the Penza State University. "
The head of the region suggested that representatives of D-Link Russia visit the Start and Elektropribor enterprises in order to assess the possibility of placing production sites on their base.
"We are interested in the production of equipment, but it should also be tested and tuned, for which it is necessary to solve the task of training qualified personnel,"- said Vladimir Lipping, CEO of D-Link Russia. "We are ready to conduct a preparatory cycle for the preparation of network engineers within the next year in an accelerated mode."
The management of the company announced its readiness to provide primary training materials for organizing lectures at the Penza State University and determining the level of training of students, arrange internships for Penza young specialists at the D-Link enterprises in Ryazan.
