From 4 to 6 August 2017 on the picturesque bank of the Khoper River in the Serdobsky district of the Penza region will be held the 17th Interregional Festival of the author's song "Khoper-2017", which solemnly sums up the complex ecology and educational festival-marathon "Hoperiada" that takes place on the territory of the territory of the region. The festival "Khoper-2017" is designed to draw public attention to the ecological problems of the water pearl of Europe - the river Hopyor.
The main organizer of the festival is the Serdobskoe local branch of the Russian Geographical Society, with the support of the Council of the Penza regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society, the Government of the Penza region, the administration of Serdobsky district of the Penza region, the administration of the city of Serdobsk, the Penza regional fund for scientific and technical development.
The festival "Khoper-2017" will gather up to three thousand participants from all regions of the country. The festival will be attended by author song clubs, creative associations, authors and performers, tourist clubs from the Penza region, Samara, Saratov and other regions of Russia. On the main day of the festival - August 5 - the grand opening of the festival and presentation of diplomas on the results of the inter-regional marathon "Hoperiada-2017" will take place, the winners of the children's drawing competition "Our Hoper" will be awarded. Next is the performance of bards, performers on the acoustic platform and a beauty contest among the participants of the festival "Beauty of Khoper". The culmination of the festival will be the work of an electric platform, at which his honored guests will perform.
