The Industrial Development Fund of the Penza region was established on the initiative of the Governor Ivan Belozertsev, the order to establish the Fund was signed in June this year.
The Fund was registered on July 21, its authorized capital is 100 million rubles. The founders of the Industrial Development Fund of the Penza region were the regional Ministry of Industry and the State Property Department of the Penza region.
Regional Industrial Development Funds are currently established in seven regions of the Volga Federal District and twenty-four regions of the Russian Federation.
The fund was created with the purpose of granting loans to industrial enterprises in the amount of 3 to 20 million rubles at 5% per annum for up to 5 years. In order to finance large-scale projects of regional enterprises, the format of the regional fund's activities is standardized by the standards adopted in the federal Fund, namely loans will be issued to manufacturing enterprises implementing projects aimed at introducing advanced technologies, creating new products or organizing import-substituting productions. In this case, the region's enterprises will be able to claim loans from 20 to 100 million rubles, which will be issued jointly by the regional and federal Funds (70% of the federal Fund and 30% of the regional Fund).

The Fund operates on the basis of the Rameev Technopark (Central Street, 1B). Working hours: from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 18.00, lunch from 12.00 to 12.45, Friday from 9.00 to 17.00, Saturday and Sunday - the day off.
