The charter capital of JSC "Guarantor" is formed in the order of co-financing from the federal and regional budgets. It is about 454.5 million rubles, of which 363 million are allocated for the program of providing guarantees to small and medium-sized businesses, more than 91 million for the program of providing microloans.
In 2017, on the Governor's initiative, about 50 million rubles were allocated for the development of microfinance. Compared to the previous year, the amount of loans extended increased by 30%, and the portfolio of operating loans increased by 39%.
The amount of guarantees issued increased by 67.7% compared to the same period last year, which allowed to attract 41.5% more credit resources to the region.
"1 ruble of funds invested by the state in the fund's capital turns into 3-4 rubles of loans for small businesses in just one cycle. This shows that JSC "Guarantor" is an effective and efficient mechanism for supporting entrepreneurship," - Ivan Belozertsev said.
"You need to think about which direction to work in order to apply for additional funds from the federal budget for the" Guarantor " next year, if the performance indicators will improve. It is necessary to build work based on the situation, changing the financing terms in accordance with it, " - the head of the region stressed.
