Semyon Reznik, dean of the Institute of Economics and Management of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education "Penza State University of Architecture and Construction", was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation for his services in the development of science and education, the training of qualified specialists and long-term conscientious work.

A member of several Russian and international organizations, he heads the Penza department of the Academy of Social Sciences, a member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR and Russia, a member of the presidium of the Educational and Methodological Association of Russian Higher Education Institutions for Management Education, the Chairman of the Council for Anti-Crisis Measures under the Governor of the Penza Region, sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia.
Semen Reznik was elected a full member of the International Academy of Investment and Construction Economics, the Academy of Social Sciences, the Academy of Management in Education and Culture. For the development and wide practical application of the results of research in management S. Reznik was awarded six medals of the All-Union Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR and the All-Russia Exhibition Center.
