The parties discussed issues of operation of main oil pipelines objects on the territory of the Penza region, development of the economy and social sphere of the region.
During the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between the regional government and PJSC "Transneft".
The document defines the basis for interaction between the parties in the construction of infrastructure facilities, ensuring the safe operation of main oil pipelines, the implementation of social projects and programs, and a number of other areas.
The agreement provides for the implementation of investment activities for the development, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the production base of companies.
PJSC "Transneft" and the government of the Penza region will also interact in the field of stimulating scientific, technical and innovation activities in the Penza region, implementing joint projects of social importance.
"This agreement is necessary for our further joint activities. The company plans to invest about 30 billion rubles in the Penza region in the next 3-4 years, this is a big investment for us, " - Ivan Belozertsev commented.
On April 1, 2017, a branch of "Transneft" JSC -"Druzhba" was established - the Penza District Administration with a staff of more than 1,200 employees.
Recall also that the management of the company reached an agreement to ensure the safety of residential buildings in the zone of the minimum permissible distances from the oil pipeline in Kuznetsk. At present, work has begun on the arrangement of protective structures.
The head of the Penza region stressed that the enterprise successfully solved this task.
"In turn, the provision of land for these purposes depends on us. When your company, the regional and municipal authorities work together, all issues are resolved more quickly, " - he stressed.
In addition, the management of PJSC "Transneft" intends to invest in the reconstruction of a number of educational and cultural facilities of the Penza region.
The volume of charity for the past five years has exceeded 107 million rubles.
The governor expressed gratitude to the president of PJSC "Transneft" for the fact that the company finds an opportunity for support.
"I hope this practice will continue in the future," - the head of the region stressed.
