Children art schools of Penza region received new pianos in the framework of the “Culture” national project providing for the equipping of educational institutions in the field of culture with pianos manufactured in Russia.
The delivery is carried out in conformity with the Decree of the President of Russia of 07.05.2018 № 204 “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation till 2024”. The main executives of the program are the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
On September 27th, in Penza region, the musical instruments arrived at children art schools in Kamenka, Belinsk, Serdobsk and Penza districts.
On September 28th, on the square by the philharmonic hall, there was held a ceremony of granting the pianos to children art schools of Penza, Zarechniy, as well as Bessonovka and Nikolsk districts – 16 children musical and art schools of Penza region altogether, realizing initial professional programs in the field of arts.
The registration certificates of new instruments were handed to principals of the schools by the chairman of Penza branch of the All-Russian Choir Society, member of the International Union of Musicians of Russia, Merited Art Worker of Russia Vladimir Kashirskiy.
“Undoubtedly, the implementation of the “Culture” national project will impulse the development of creativity of talented young people of Penza. Our land is abundant with talents, and the new instruments will help boost new abilities”, said Vladimir Kashirskiy.
“All musical schools of Penza and the region are incredibly happy to such a present! Of course, we needed new instruments. We have 400 students at our school, and each one plays piano-forte, as it is the base of musical education”, marked the Director of Musical School No 1 of Penza Tayana Dyomina.
Further on within the federal programs, it is planned to expand the range of musical instruments to deliver to children art schools: button accordions, string and wind instruments. Also, children art schools will be rigged with tutorials and textbooks for classes of decorative and applied arts within the program “Folk arts and crafts”.
