The Garnet Bracelet creative competition announced in the year of A. Kuprin's 150th anniversary continues. In 2020, it is held in two categories: "Literature. Literary studies" and "Fine arts".
In the category "Literature. Literary studies" applications for participation in the competition are accepted both in print and electronic version. Young writers and men of letters can send their artistic works created in the tradition of realistic art, which A. Kuprin followed.
Literary critics, philologists, local historians and journalists can also try their hand and send their literary and local studies to the competition; journalistic and publicistic works that popularise writer A. Kuprin’s the life and literary heritage.
The "Fine art" category is for artists and sculptors working in all genres of fine art. Original creative works illustrating the life and literary works of A. Kuprin are accepted for the competition.
