The gala concert of the IV regional festival of laureates "Penzenskie Lastochki" was held on April 18 in the Penza Cinema and Concert Hall.
It included performances of creative teams and individual artists who received the title of first degree laureates and Grand Prix winners of various all-Russian and international competitions at the end of 2020 glorifying the Penza Oblast in other regions and countries.
The first festival was held in 2018 and gathered 60 participants; the second included already a hundred. In 2020, despite the restrictions due to the pandemic, the festival was held online.
The IV regional festival of laureates "Penzenskie Lastochki" is again held in the same format. 120 pupils of children's music schools and children's art schools, theater studios and choreographic groups – talented children from almost every district of the Penza Oblast – took part.
Oleg Yagov, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Penza Oblast Government, congratulated the region's young talents on their high creative achievements.
