According to the results of the FormArt Street Art Festival of the Volga Federal District, a work of the Penza Oblast artist was listed among the top five graffiti images.
Summing up took place during an online broadcast via Zoom with one-by-one connection of all VFD regions' representatives. The Penza Oblast took part from the Youth House.
The winners and prize-winners of the Festival were determined by adding people's and experts' votes.
The first place was taken by the work of an artist from the Samara Oblast, the second place was shared by the Republic of Mari El and the Saratov Oblast, and the third was taken by the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Nikita Romanov, the participant from the Penza Oblast, presented a sketch entitled Yesterday and Tomorrow and drawn on the Penza Socio-Pedagogical College building.

Note: The FormArt street art project is being implemented on the initiative of Igor Komarov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the RF President in the Volga Federal District. The festival is aimed at supporting the young artists' creativity, creating a modern urban environment and new cultural codes in the district's regions by graffiti art.
This year, the works were focused on the theme called "A Look into the Future" that reflects the potential of the country and new technologies development.
