The Kazachata dance ensemble of the Penza Regional House of Folk Art became the winner of the first degree at the "For a Peaceful Sky" All-Russian multi-genre patriotic competition-festival.
The "For a Peaceful Sky" festival is held at the Defender of the Fatherland Day (Russian state holiday). The competition was organised by the Kuban Cossack Circle (Krasnodar) together with the "For a peaceful Sky" All-Russian open project (Moscow).
The event was held with the aim of developing and popularising patriotic creativity, promoting the idea of a world without war with common cultural, mass and moral values. It is also aimed at studying the history of the holiday for the glory of preserving common cultural traditions and continuity of generations, fostering love for the Motherland, spiritual and moral qualities of the individual, patriotism and a sense of responsibility for the fate of Russia.
