By decree of the RF President Vladimir Putin, the award for the best teachers in the field of musical art was established for the first time in 2022. Prizes in the amount of 500 thousand rubles and 1 million rubles are awarded for high results in that professional field. The results of the teachers' work were evaluated by a special commission formed by the Ministry of Culture of Russia. Two teachers from Penza received the awards.
Tatiana Kondratieva, a teacher of the A. A. Arkhangelsky Penza Music College, received an award for secondary education programs in the field of musical art. She will receive 1 million rubles as part of the award to the best teachers of the vocational musical school.
Taisiya Grishina, a teacher of the V.P. Chekh Children's Music School, received the prize as the best teacher of additional education institutions. She was among the 100 teachers of Russia who will receive 500 thousand rubles.
