A meeting of Andrey Kostyuk and Ivan Belozertsev took place in Moscow on Thursday, September 19th, 2019.
The meeting covered the issues of implementing the national project “Safe and high-quality highways” in Penza region. Andrey Kostyuk highly estimated the performance of the region on the project. He marked that Penza region was successfully fulfilling the objectives set and had a positive overall image.
During the negotiations, agreements were reached regarding assignment of funds from the federal budget to reconstruct the highway Kolyshley-Serdobsk-Rtishchevo within Penza region, as well as supplementing the federal project with an interchange to build. This interchange is to provide direct exit from Dalnee Arbekovo and Zarya microdistrict to M5 highway.
