At a regular session of the Legislative Assembly, deputies supported amendments to the regional investment legislation regarding the introduction of additional tax concessions for investors.
The corresponding bill was presented by the Minister of Economy Sergey Kapralov.
Thus, when implementing investment projects against investment agreement, industrial enterprises will be subject to a decreased property tax rate of 0,4 % and a transport tax rate of 0 % for 5 years.
These changes will promote investment activities of regional industrial enterprises.
Another novelty will be the introduction of additional preferences for technopark residents.
“In connection with the opening of “Soyuz” industrial technopark next year, there will be profit tax concessions introduced for industrial technopark residents from 20 % to 10 %”, highlighted Sergey Kapralov.
Besides, the right to conclude investment agreements will be given to newly established enterprises implementing investment projects in healthcare. The investors will be able to use such preferences as property and transport tax nullification and decreased profit tax from 17% to 13%.
