The Russian Export Centre analysed the work of export support centres in the RF constituent territories and compiled a rating for 2019.
The activities of 72 regional export support centres were evaluated based on such parameters as the coverage of export support in the region, the number of "success stories" due to the center's support, the number of new exporters, the volume of export deliveries and their geography, as well as other factors.
As a result of summing up all the indicators, the Penza Oblast Export Support Centre took the 19th place in the rating.
At the end of 2019 37 companies with the assistance of the Export Support Centre signed 47 export contracts worth more than 1 billion rubles. 9 of those companies entered the export business for the first time with the assistance of the Centre. In total, 379 companies used the Centre's services last year.
Note: The Export Support Centre is a part of the Penza Oblast Entrepreneurship Support Fund and provides a wide range of services for small and medium-sized businesses, including marketing research, support of contracts with foreign partners, organisation of participation in business missions and international exhibitions and assistance in the preparation of presentation materials for the company.
