During difficult epidemiological situation, the Penza sewing enterprise has mastered a line of medical suits designed for work in the so-called "red zone". The region's doctors and specialised institutions' staff highly appreciated the quality of products.

Making medical suits is a very responsible task. Everything must be sewn with high quality and without the slightest gap. As the company's management notes, initially, when switching to the medical clothing production, the goal was not only to produce high-quality products, but also to increase their lifetime. All suits are considered reusable and are designed for 15 or more cycles of use.

The material used is so dense that it is impermable to liquid and any bacteria or viruses. These are the characteristics of anti-plague suits and overalls manufactured today at a repurposed clothing company in Penza.

"The set consists of trousers, which are multi-purpose and having elastic, they are fixed with a string and a robe, with ties at the back, so the set is suitable for both men and women. There is also a kerchief that covers the hair completely. The virus mustn't penetrate anywhere", Anna Lantayeva, the sewing enterprise technologistsaid.

In two months, the company sewed more than 5 thousand sets of workwear for doctors and medical personnel who work with Covid-19 patients. The production is attended by 70 people, more than half having hearing disabilities.
