In October, PTPA released the largest products in the line of ball valves - heavy fittings with a diameter of 1400 mm, designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa. The height of the valve without a drive is 2.6 meters, and the weight is almost 24 tons.
The valves are designed for installation on gas pipelines at Gazpromneft-Yamal facilities, they are cold-resistant, so that they can operate in the far north.
As noted in PTPA, this is a truly large-scale project that will help strengthen the company's position in the market.
