Already in June, the Penza Oblast fulfilled the annual plan for the implementation of the "Labor Efficiency" national project. Thus, 45 enterprises of various industries have joined the national project and now have the opportunity to increase their efficiency, master advanced production optimisation technologies and increase net profit.
The forty-fifth enterprise was Helios specialising in the operation of highways and motorways. During the implementation of the national project the Regional Competence Centre will become the enterprise's engagement manager.
Note: The national project "Labour Efficiency" has been implemented on the territory of the Penza Oblast since 2019, according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 07.05.2018 No. 204 "On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024". In 2019 the growth of labour productivity at medium-sized and large enterprises of the basic non-resource sectors of the economy amounted to 113.5%.
