A regular meeting of the committee of the "Labour Efficiency" project noted that six months of well-coordinated work of the ministries and departments had led to success. Already in June, the target for the involvement of enterprises in the project set for 2021(45 participants) was reached. Those participants include 35 manufacturing enterprises, four agricultural ones, three housing and communal services, a transport firm and two construction organisations.
Ten reference models were created. Experts of the Federal and Regional Centres have trained more than 550 employees of the enterprises participating in the project.
A regional competition "Best Mentoring Practices" was held for the first time and it already has winners who will be able to take part in the federal stage of the contest.
It is the first time the Federal Competence Centre has taught employees of state executive bodies techniques to improve labour efficiency.
In the end, it was decided to continue the project involving enterprises of various sectors of the economy in the national project, using the best methods offered by existing participants.
