From March 1 to March 2, 2022, a business mission of the Penza Oblast manufacturers was held in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was organised by the Penza Oblast Export Support Centre.
The region's delegation included representatives of the following companies:
* IE R.A. Kurdyukov (the Ruda company);
* Mebeldrev;
* Bioera;
* Motornye Tekhnologii Research and Production Enterprise
At the event potential partners held B2B negotiations and visited enterprises to establish the supply of products made in the Penza Oblast.
During the first day, a meeting was organised with Igor Kamynin, Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Pavel Bukhanov, Head of the Representative Office of the Russian Export Centre in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties discussed issues of product supplies to Uzbekistan, peculiarities of doing business and pricing, as well as prospects for further cooperation between the Penza Oblast entrepreneurs and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Substantive negotiations were held on the organisation of export supplies of food equipment, organic fertilisers, washing machines for parts and aggregators, as well as modern cabinet furniture.
The Penza Oblast entrepreneurs noted the importance of the opportunity to participate in the Centre's visiting events, to study the foreign market closely and to search for promising areas for business development.
The business mission for  the Penza Oblast small and medium-sized businesses was organised as part of the "International Cooperation and Export" national project implementation.
