Scientists of Penza State University have developed an electromagnetic drive for moving machined parts for industrial CNC lathes. The new technical solution will allow to speed the production of parts.
In particular, the idea is aimed at solving the problem of fast loading and unloading of parts from the processing zone of metalworking equipment. This is especially true in the conditions of modern mass and large-scale production.
While working on the project, the authors studied the relevance of the development at industrial enterprises, including the StankoMashStroy company. The wishes of manufacturers who are interested in the solution meeting modern requirements were taken into account. It is not only about small dimensions and high performance, but also ease of setup, operation and maintenance.
The design of the equipment has already been developed, the drive of the machine tool has been manufactured, and the patent is to be registered soon.
