The project in the field of agricultural cooperation and support for farmers, which is part of the "My Business" centre of the Penza Oblast, is recognized as the best practice at the federal level.
Since 2021, the FAIR 24/7 e-commerce platform for farm products has been operating for agricultural producers in the region. This is a service that allows farmers and small farms to sell their products and find customers online. The buyers are residents of the region, restaurants, and catering organizations.
In addition, on the electronic platform, you can find a supplier of partner products necessary for farmers. There is also analytics service that allows you to study information on the production volumes of farmers represented on the site.
This practice was noted by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia among the best cases nominated in "The best case of business support in the field of agriculture". Head of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund Sergey Matyukin presented this case at a seminar of the best regional practices, which took place online on Tuesday, September 27.
It is planned that the FAIR 24/7 marketplace site will be connected with the Farmer's Island project by the end of this year. It will be a place to sell farmers’ products and submit requests.
